Personality
Duke is sweet natured young colt. Right from the moment he was born he was quick to get to his feet and nurse from his mother. Duke is really cheeky and would steal things, then run away with them. In the stall he is a right attention seeker, by banging onto the door with his hoof. He also a very quick learner, since he learned on how to open the gates in his pasture and the lock on the stall door. In field, he shows the playful attitude and showing off with the fillies, he knows he is the best and wants to make sure everyone else knows it as well. Bought from a Reclaiming Sale on GHF the staff came across another Radiance colt. A brother to Nature Blue's Noadiance this colt will do well in his future. He was new to the stables and with his recent training, he's proved quite good out on the tracks. The stallion was recently sold to Swift Stride Stables in the hands of Kayla Spencer and the team. They are hoping that the stallion could be a great older racer for the team and he won't let them down.

Duke doesn't really got a set style when he races, it depends on his mood, how many runners, and how fast the race is going. If the race is slow with lot of runners, then he would hang back to the last of the pack and then sneak his way to the stop. Then if the race is fast and not many runners, he would stay in third position and stalk the leader, picking the right moment to move forward and take the lead. He always break averagely from the gate and remain on the outside, to avoid being boxed in and having dirt thrown in his face.
